Our Onshore Major Emergency Management model allows an instructor to simulate the effect of major events such as fires, explosions and chemical releases on the plant. The trainees have to manage the situation and mitigate safety issues relating to the major events. TSC’s fault and scenario system also allows defined repeatable scenarios to be created for easy re-use and objective assessment.
TSC have both off the shelf models such as the 5410 Generic Onshore Gas Terminal and bespoke models made to suit the needs of specific customers.
All of our MEM models come with full top down General Arrangements, with sensor, alarm and manual call point locations labelled.
Basic process and emergency shutdown systems are also included to allow for major events which in turn cause issues on the process plant.
TSC’s MEM simulations are often used in conjunction with the TSC Virtual Control Room
A full control room is supplied with phone systems, instructor stations, CCTV with video and voice recording to show proof of competence.
We also offer a mobile version of this virtual control room for easy transportation globally.
