Immersive Process Safety Training in a 3D Virtual Environment

About Hazard Identification Training

Our Hazards Identification – Process Safety Training simulation is designed to bridge this gap by providing an immersive learning experience in a realistic 3D extended reality (XR) environment.

On any industrial site or process plant, safety is everyone’s responsibility. However, new starters who have never worked in a safety-critical environment may not recognise hazards or feel confident enough to take action.

With our Hazard Identification simulation, learners are exposed to authentic industrial scenarios where they must identify potential hazards, assess risks, and take appropriate action – all within the bounds of their role. The training emphasises decision-making under pressure, reinforcing the importance of reporting hazards and seeking help when needed.

Key Features

  • Realistic 3D XR Process Plant Environment – Experience lifelike safety scenarios in a fully interactive industrial setting.
  • Hands-on Hazard Identification – Engage with dynamic safety challenges to recognise and mitigate risks.
  • Decision-Based Learning – Test responses to workplace hazards and develop best-practice safety behaviours.
  • Guided Feedback & Scoring – Learn how to document and communicate safety concerns effectively. Trainees get a score based on how they conduct themselves.
  • Cloud, VR or PC – This training can be completed in a variety of immersive ways to suit different training needs.
