Introducing SIM 4900 Green Hydrogen Production Simulation Model
We are delighted to present the SIM 4900 Green Hydrogen Production model, another addition to our unit operations range and a key component of our renewable operations offering. This sophisticated simulation represents an 18 MW water electrolysis plant powered by renewable energy, designed to generate green hydrogen gas. The simulation has been designed to closely reflect real hydrogen plants currently in operation or being built around the world.
Key Features:
- PEM Electrolysis Process: Utilises proton exchange membrane (PEM) technology to split demineralised water into hydrogen and oxygen.
- High Efficiency: Consists of 16 electrolysis stacks, producing up to 4000 Nm³/h of high-purity hydrogen.
- Integrated Systems: Includes cooling systems, pressure swing adsorption for hydrogen drying, and advanced electrical controls for optimal performance.
Educational Benefits:
- Comprehensive Learning: Understand the principles of hydrogen production, including electrolysis reactions, system efficiencies, and purification processes.
- Hands-On Training: Gain practical experience with the operation and control of an advanced hydrogen production facility.
- Economic Insights: Explore the cost dynamics and economic viability of green hydrogen production from renewable sources.
This model exemplifies our commitment to advancing renewable energy education and operational efficiency.
