Creating a Virtual Plant with TSC’s Interactive Virtual Plant and ABB’s 800xA DCS 

One of the highlights of our collaboration is the creation of a virtual plant by linking TSC’s Interactive Virtual Plant (IVP) of a three-phase separator to ABB’s 800xA Distributed Control System (DCS). This integration allows operators to experience a realistic simulation of plant operations within a virtual environment, providing valuable training and decision-making insights. By leveraging digital solutions, operators can optimise processes, enhance safety, and maximise efficiency in today’s rapidly evolving energy landscape.
