SIM 4900 Green Hydrogen Production is an 18 MW water electrolysis plant powered by renewable energy to generate hydrogen gas. This system utilises proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolysis stacks paired with temperature swing adsorption dryers to produce high-purity, dry hydrogen.
With this model, users can explore the electrolysis process, power electronics, temperature swing adsorption, and the economics of hydrogen production from renewable energy.
This model represents an 18 MW Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electrolysis plant that produces up to 4000 Nm3/h of green hydrogen by splitting demineralised water into hydrogen and oxygen using 16 electrolysis stacks.
Key Features:
This model demonstrates efficient green hydrogen production with integrated cooling and purification systems to ensure high-quality output.
